01The material library
Twelve materials, four families.
Each material is cut, turned, polished and finished in our factory, and each behaves differently: corozo carries its own grain, horn never repeats, urea stands up to heat. Choose by look, by garment, or by the certificate your collection needs.

Metal and leather02Since 1996
In 1998 we began importing Italian buttons. In 2011 we bought the factory that made them.
Form began in 1996 as an importer, run by two brothers, Mustafa and Ahmet Oktay, from a flat in Florya. In 1998 they started buying from Bottonificio Fossanese, one of Italy’s largest button makers. Manufacturing followed in 2000 in a small workshop in Merter, and a factory in Hadımköy in 2009.
In 2011 Fossanese’s machines, formulas and know-how came to Istanbul, with Italian technicians to train our team. Today we produce in a 6,000 m² factory in Esenyurt and show our collections from a showroom in Merter.

03Made in our factory
From raw washer to finished button, under one roof.
Washer cutting, turning, dyeing, polishing, laser and burning all happen in our factory. That is how we keep colour and surface consistent across large orders, how we match a colour to Pantone or TCX, and how your logo becomes part of the button: laser-engraved, embossed or debossed, or filled.

Our story, as the papers told it.
Turkey’s national papers, trade magazines and television followed Form from importer to manufacturer: the corozo from Ecuador, the Italian factory, the dream of a button museum. The clippings are in Turkish.
